Ondo has been selected to join the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation's (DTCC) new industry working group focused on advancing tokenization in U.S. capital markets. This initiative will see collaboration between traditional and decentralized finance institutions, including BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and others, to design tokenization standards.DTCC, which manages over $114 trillion in assets and processes $3.7 trillion in annual settlements, is developing a tokenization service to integrate core U.S. capital market processes on-chain. Frank La Salla, DTCC's President and CEO, emphasized the transformative potential of tokenization in enhancing market liquidity, transparency, and efficiency.
