The program, which started in December 2023, concluded with a snapshot on June 30, 2025, and allows users to view their point balances for 2024 and 2025. Points are awarded at a rate of 1,000 per dollar in trading fees and 1 per dollar of daily TVL.While some users have expressed concerns over discrepancies in point calculations, others commend the platform's fairness. Meteora has implemented a multi-layered filtering process to exclude inauthentic activity, and users can submit appeals for review. The $MET token is anticipated to launch before the end of Season 2, with updates provided through the points or airdrop checkers.
